Payment and Cancellation conditions
Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation. After the full payment is received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation, reduction, shortening and no show of a hotel reservation.

| from 5 October to 21 October 2024: | a cancellation fee of 50% from each cancelled room night |
| from 22 October to 30 October 2024: | a cancellation fee of 75 % from each cancelled room night |
| from 31 October 2024 incl. no show: | a cancellation fee of 100 % from each cancelled room night |
In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12:00 (noon) of the day following the date of expected arrival; after that the room will be released. Please inform the Conference Secretariat of any change in your arrival at vkcavlmz@guarant.cz as soon as possible.
