Radek Šíp
Radek Šíp studied psychology at Masaryk University and then started working as a crisis interventionist. During the first months of Covid-19, he co-created the Overhearing project, helping people cope with the increased stress and demands of the pandemic. In connection with the war in Ukraine, he went directly to the affected areas as a humanitarian worker several times. In addition to working directly with people in crisis, he works at Masaryk University as a scientist in the field of acute stress and conflicts and also as a teacher of soft skills and psychological subjects, including Communication in conflict situations.
