Payment and Cancellation conditions
Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation. After the full payment is received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a hotel reservation:
| Cancellation received | Cancellation fee |
| until 15 October 2024: | full refund, handling fee of 10 EUR will be deducted |
| from 16 October to 2 November 2024: | one-night cancellation fee (in case of cancellation the entire stay), shortening of reservation is free of charge |
| from 3 November 2024 incl. No Show: | 100 % cancellation fee for each cancelled room night, incl. any reduction |
In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12:00 (noon) of the day following the date of expected arrival; then the room will be released. Please inform the Conference Secretariat of any change in your arrival at vkcavlmz@guarant.cz as soon as possible.
